My Fishes! : ) Currently I have a Silver Arowana, 6 African Cichlids and a Female Flowerhorn. Also got a few Plecostomus to keep the tank clean of course. The Silver Arowana about 6 months back was the size of a large goldfish only and now, he is big enough to swallow a goldfish, YIKES! But don't worry, I don't feed him that, how could I ever right? Good thing his owner before I bought him fed him shrimp pellets since he was oh...4-5 inches long so he is used to that. However, since pellets are tiny, it takes a LOT to feed him. Going broke since its almost $15 for a large bottle and he goes through a bottle in less than 2 months; its suppose to last for 6! Haha. Oh well...he is considered a family fish so its worth the cost. The flowerhorn, boy is she mean! She tries to fight the Arowana! I have only found one thing she is scared of in her tank, that would be the crawfish. I caught some in a creek and put them in the tank to raise them. The African Cichlids I have in my room so they act as my indoor pet and their tank serves as my night-light : )
